The current method by which lawyers bill their clients (hourly rate) is outdated and inefficient.
Lawyers are unable to take advantage of the productivity boost in the rapidly evolving fields of AI and LLM because of the conflicting nature of their revenue-generating model. However, by altering the way they bill their clients, lawyers can be compensated for their efficiency, and value provided and not by time spent.
